Tutong’s Laksa - Malolos is a vibrant Asian restaurant nestled in the bustling heart of Malolos, Bulacan, offering a flavorful escape with its specialty in rich, comforting laksa bowls. If you're craving a feast that layers bold, aromatic flavors with generous portions, this spot should be your next foodie destination.
The highlight here is unmistakably the beef brisket laksa, renowned for its deeply savory and buttery broth that gently envelopes tender beef slices. The broth’s richness is beautifully balanced, making every spoonful a warm hug for the palate. The noodles deliver a pleasant chewiness, though some patrons feel there's room for refinement to elevate the experience even further. For spice lovers, Tutong’s Laksa thoughtfully allows you to customize the heat level, transforming the dish into a fiery delight that invigorates your senses.
For those seeking variety beyond laksa, the Extreme Pork bowl is a crowd-pleaser—succulent tender pork paired with sweet, crispy fried sweet potatoes creates a luxurious play of flavors and textures. Although the shrimp in this dish may lean towards the slightly overcooked side, its natural sweetness helps balance the overall profile.
The ambiance is inviting yet casual, with well-maintained, clean interiors and friendly staff ensuring a comfortable dining experience. While space can be cozy and parking a bit limited, the warmth of the service more than compensates, creating a welcoming atmosphere that many customers appreciate. Portions here are notably generous, providing excellent value, especially for those dining with hearty appetites or sharing dishes amongst friends or family.
Don’t miss out on their smooth, subtly sweet egg tarts—so creamy and delicate that they’ve been compared favorably to famed competitors like Lord Stow’s. While some side items like the gyoza and steamed dumplings have received mixed reviews—particularly regarding temperature and excitement factor—they still complement the meal well and offer room for experimentation on future visits.
Whether you’re a local or a traveler passing through Bulacan, Tutong’s Laksa Malolos promises a rich, satisfying meal that comfortably bridges affordability and flavorful authenticity. It’s the perfect spot to quell cravings for Southeast Asian comfort food with generous servings, thoughtful customization, and a friendly touch that keeps guests coming back for more.

Beef brisket Laksa - the beef was flavorful and nice, I feel like they need to step up the noodle quality, broth was very rich almost buttery. I'd try the spicy version next time. Gyoza weren't anything to get excited about.

Rich, filling broth. A serving may feed 2, depending on jow big your stomach is. Noodles definitely had a chew. A tad salty towards end. We had the Extreme Pork bowl. The meat was tender, shrimp overcooked but still sweet. Surprisingly, there was fried sweet potato that does complement the saltiness of the broth. Topped the meal with the smooth and not-so-sweet egg tart. It may rival Lord Stow's. Place is definitely accessible as it is along Ople Road.

Well-maintained and clean place. The atmosphere is good and the staff are friendly too. But what's really exceptional is the food. I ordered a beef brisket laksa and the serving was generous. The beef was tender and the broth had a great rich flavor. And for those who aren't that good with spicy food, you can customize how spicy you want your laksa to be. Overall, great food at a great price. Definitely one of the most underrated restaurants in Malolos.

Food is 4/5, tasty for its cheap price. It doesnt taste as the laksa in Banawe QC. Just enough to satisfy your cravings while in Bulacan. Service is good, place is ok.

Tutong's Laksa - Malolos Branch We always pass by this place but parking can be challenging (they only have 2 slots storefront) so when we saw a slot available earlier, we knew we just had to try! Can you believe everything here is roughly P500+?? Super sulit! Here’s what we tried: Seafood, pork and wonton noodle bowl - they call it the extreme bowl because it has all of the toppings. You can choose the level of spice. I did mild bec acidity problems lol but even the mild one has a superb kick! Also if you can see the toppings, ang laki ng shrimp and andami din wontons and pork! If I were to be nitpicky, I’d say the noodles can be better but damn this bowl was so sulit. Wonton dumplings - tender, flavorful, savory with a kick of chili. Good but nothing kakaibabe chz Fried wonton - husband enjoyed these. Perfectly crispy and best paired with the sweet chili sauce Egg tart - not as flaky as i would’ve wanted but for the price, not complaining Staff was also very prompt and friendly ⏰ Open daily, 10AM - 11PM Parking available but limited P200 - 250 / pax Diamond St., Capitol View Park, Bulihan, Malolos #MalolosEats #wheretoeatinMalolos
